Where can I view information on courses purchased before July 14, 2025?
This platform will remain available until July 14, 2027, so we recommend downloading and backing up your information before that date.
This change is part of the improvements we've implemented to provide you with a more agile, intuitive, and secure learning experience.
What currency can I use to pay?
Do you accept cards from all countries?
Do you offer group discounts?
Are the course certificates valid internationally?
How do I obtain the course certificate?
The course certificate will be issued automatically once the participant has successfully met the approval requirements. It will be available for download in the user profile within the platform.

Check your profile to ensure that you have entered your first and last name correctly and completely. This information will be used to issue your certificate.
How long is the course certificate valid?
Course certificates are not valid and are valid indefinitely. However, the requirements and criteria of the schemes or standards on which our courses are based may be modified or updated by the international regulatory certification or accreditation bodies that issue them, so it will be necessary to acquire and update the new competencies.

If this is the case, your certificate may lose recognition by national and international certification bodies for the implementation and auditing of current management systems.

How to enter the course?
If you are already a Global Standards online course user, enter your username and password (make sure you typed them correctly) and click Log In. *You can save your password to avoid entering it every time you access your course.

If you are not yet a Global Standards online course user, define your username and password, click Register, and fill out the form with the requested information. After this, you will be able to access all your courses whenever you want.

Check the validity of your course. If you have not yet completed it and the expiration date has passed, contact us at: online@globalstd.com and a representative will inform you of the conditions for access and reactivation.

Enter your username and password (verify they are correct).
Click Log In.
Go to your home page and select the course you want to review from your list of courses.
The time limit for completing my course has expired and I haven't yet.
What should I do if I'm having trouble accessing the course?
Close your browser if it's frozen or unresponsive, and open a new window. If you still don't receive a response, restart your computer or device.
Log in to the course platform. Check that your username and password are correct.
Verify that the course completion deadline has not expired.
