Where can I view information on courses purchased before July 14, 2025?
If you purchased a course before July 14, 2025, you can continue to view your certificates and supporting materials through online2024.globalstd.com.

This platform will remain available until July 14, 2027, so we recommend downloading and backing up your information before that date.

This change is part of the improvements we've implemented to provide you with a more agile, intuitive, and secure learning experience.
What currency can I use to pay?
Our course prices are listed in US dollars. When you make your payment, the amount will be converted to your country's currency. We also offer PayPal payment options, using the currency selected in your account.
Do you accept cards from all countries?
We accept international credit or debit cards (Visa, MasterCard) with a 3-digit security code on the back. Your payment is 100% secure from Mexico. We also accept PayPal payments, although processing may take some time.
Do you offer group discounts?
All of our online, virtual, and in-person courses offer discounts, promotions, or special prices. Visit our course catalog on the website to find out which discounts or promotions are currently available for the course you're interested in.
Are the course certificates valid internationally?
All of our certificates are valid internationally, as they meet the requirements established by international certification and accreditation bodies for management systems training. They are also tailored to the needs of clients and organizations in the global context.
How do I obtain the course certificate?

The course certificate will be issued automatically once the participant has successfully met the approval requirements. It will be available for download in the user profile within the platform.

 

Important:

Check your profile to ensure that you have entered your first and last name correctly and completely. This information will be used to issue your certificate.

How long is the course certificate valid?

Course certificates are not valid and are valid indefinitely. However, the requirements and criteria of the schemes or standards on which our courses are based may be modified or updated by the international regulatory certification or accreditation bodies that issue them, so it will be necessary to acquire and update the new competencies.

 

If this is the case, your certificate may lose recognition by national and international certification bodies for the implementation and auditing of current management systems.

How do I obtain an invoice or tax receipt?
When you register for the course, we will request the information required to issue your invoice or tax receipt. Once we confirm receipt of your course payment, we will send the document to the email address you provide within one business day. Important: Please verify that the billing information registered when you registered for the course is correct. If you require assistance, please contact us at  facturacion@globalstd.com 
How long is a course?
Course duration depends on the level and scope of each course (Requirements, Internal Auditor, Lead Auditor, special courses). The number of hours you'll need to complete, pass, and obtain your certificate is described on each course's homepage.
What are the prerequisites I must meet to take a course?
This depends on the level and scope of each course. The specific prerequisites that participants must meet or accredit in order to enter, complete, pass, and obtain their certificate are described on the homepage of each course. If you believe you do not meet the prerequisites for the course you are interested in, we suggest contacting one of our online representatives to review the best options to meet your training needs.
How much time should I dedicate to studying a course?
Learn at your own pace; only you define the time you want to invest in your study sessions. For our part, we suggest you dedicate approximately four hours a week to ensure you achieve optimal performance and benefit from the course.
How to enter the course?
 

If you are already a Global Standards online course user, enter your username and password (make sure you typed them correctly) and click Log In. *You can save your password to avoid entering it every time you access your course.

 

If you are not yet a Global Standards online course user, define your username and password, click Register, and fill out the form with the requested information. After this, you will be able to access all your courses whenever you want.

 

Check the validity of your course. If you have not yet completed it and the expiration date has passed, contact us at: online@globalstd.com and a representative will inform you of the conditions for access and reactivation.

Do I have to finish a course topic once I've started it?
The course structure and content are flexible and available for you to learn at your own pace. You can start and end your study sessions based on your time. If you're working on an exercise or other study activity, you can leave it pending and pick up where you left off in your next session. Assessments are the only activities that must be completed once they've started.
How long do I have to complete the course?
Each course has a deadline for completion, starting from the date of registration confirmation, which is described on the course homepage. However, you define the time and study times according to your needs. You just need to organize your schedule to complete it within the established period.
What happens if I don't pass the course?
Global Standards Training online courses are designed to ensure you are continuously assessed and acquire the expected skills, so it's not possible to complete a course without passing it. Upon completion and passing of the course, you'll receive your certificate.
Is my online course still available?
Each course has a time limit. Entry will be restricted for those who exceed their availability time without completing it. In this case, you must contact a Global Standards Training online representative to review the reactivation conditions.
Can I continue to access courses after completing them?
Access to your completed courses and their information will be available indefinitely. Please note that when a new version of the course you studied is released, the content information will no longer be current, so it may become invalid or obsolete. Check our online course catalog for the latest updates.
How do I access courses I've already completed?
Go to: online.globalstd.com/en/

Enter your username and password (verify they are correct).

Click Log In.
Go to your home page and select the course you want to review from your list of courses.
The time limit for completing my course has expired and I haven't yet.
If you have exceeded the time allowed for completing your course from the date of purchase, you will need to contact us via our website chat or by email: online@globalstd.com to discuss the conditions for reactivation.
What should I do if I'm having trouble accessing the course?
Check your internet connection or contact your service provider if you're experiencing connection issues.

Close your browser if it's frozen or unresponsive, and open a new window. If you still don't receive a response, restart your computer or device.

Log in to the course platform. Check that your username and password are correct.

Verify that the course completion deadline has not expired.

Who can provide me with online support if I need it during the course?
If you require online support, please contact us through the chat on our website. Just click the access button at the bottom right of your screen within the platform and one of our representatives will respond immediately between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM (GMT-6). *Outside of these hours, you can leave a message and we will contact you to address your concerns. You can also leave your questions or comments in the corresponding section at the end of each course unit. We will respond later or contact you through the email address you have registered.
