With what type of currency can I make my payment?

The prices of our courses are published in dollars, at the time of making your payment the amount will be converted to the currency of your country. We also have the option to pay by PayPal with the type of currency selected in your account.

Are cards from all countries accepted?

We accept international credit or debit cards (Visa, MasterCard) that have the 3-digit security code on the back. Your payment is made from Mexico in a 100% secure way. We also accept payments by PayPal, although sometimes the process can be delayed.

Do you offer group discounts?

All our courses in online, virtual and face-to-face mode may have discounts, promotions or special prices. Visit our course catalog on the website so you can identify which discount or promotion is valid for the course of your interest.

Are course certificates internationally valid?

All our certificates have it, since they meet the requirements established by international certification and accreditation bodies for training in management systems, and they are also adapted to the needs of the global context of clients and organizations.

How to get the course certificate?

The course certificate will be issued automatically when the participant has satisfactorily met the approval conditions and will be available for download in the user profile within the platform.


Verify that in the registration form you have entered all your data correctly and completely, since this will be the information that will be used to issue your certificate.

How long is the duration of a course?


The duration of the courses depends on the level and scope of each one (Requirements, Internal Auditor, Lead Auditor, special courses). The number of hours you need to spend to complete, pass, and earn your certificate is outlined on the home page of each course.

How to obtain an invoice or tax receipt?

At the time of registering for the course we will request the information required for the issuance of your invoice or tax receipt. Once the payment of your course is confirmed, we will send the document to the email account you provide us within a period not exceeding 1 business day.

What are the prerequisites I must meet to take a course?

It depends on the level and scope of each one, on the home page of each course the particular prerequisites that the participant must cover or accredit in order to enter, conclude, pass and obtain their certificate are described.

In the event that you consider that you do not meet the entry prerequisites for the course of your interest, we suggest you contact one of our online representatives to review the best options to meet your training needs.

How much time should I spend studying a course?

Learn at your own pace, only you define the time you want to invest in your study sessions.

We suggest you dedicate an approximate time of four hours a week so that you have a good performance and use.

How to enter the course?

If you are already a user of the Global Standards online courses, write your username and password (verify that you have entered them correctly), and click on login. *You can save your password to avoid entering it every time you want to access your course.

If you are not yet a user of the Global Standards online courses, define your username and password, click register, and fill out the form with the requested information. After this, you can access all your courses whenever you want. Check the validity of your course. If you have not finished it yet and the deadline has expired, contact us at: online@globalstd.com and a representative will inform you of the conditions for access and reactivation.

Do I have to finish a course topic once I have started it?

The structure and content of the course are flexible and available for you to learn at your own pace. You can start and end your study sessions according to the time you .have. If you are doing an exercise or other study activity, you can leave them pending and pick up where you left off in your next session


Assessments are the only activities that need to be completed once started.

How much time do I have to complete the course?

Each course has a time limit to complete it from the date of confirmation of enrollment, which is described on its home page. However, you define the time and moments of study, according to your needs. It is only necessary to organize your agenda to conclude it within the established period.

What happens if I don't pass the course?

Global Standards Training online courses are designed so that you are continuously evaluated and acquire the expected skills, therefore, it is not possible to finish a course without having passed it.

Upon completion and passing the course, you will obtain your certificate.

Is the availability of my online course valid?

Each course has a time limit to be completed. Entry will be restricted to those who exceed the availability time without having completed it. In that case you should contact a Global Standards Training online representative to review their reactivation conditions.

Can I continue accessing the courses once they have finished?

Access to your completed courses and their information will be available indefinitely. Just consider that when a new version of the course you studied has been released, the information in its content will no longer be valid, in such a way that it could lose validity or be obsolete.

How do I access courses I have already completed?

    Click sign in.

    Go to your home page and select the one you want to review from your list of courses.


    If you have exceeded the time established to complete your course from its purchase date, you will need to contact us through the chat on our website or by email:

    online@globalstd.com to define the reactivation conditions.

What should I do if I have problems entering the course?

Check your internet connection or contact your service provider in case of connectivity failures.

Close your browser if it is blocked or does not respond, and open a new window, if you continue without a response, restart your computer or device.

Log in to the course platform. Check that your username and password information are correct.

Who can give me online assistance if I need it during the course?

If you require online assistance, write to us through the chat on our website. Just click on the access button that is available at the bottom right of your screen within the platform so that one of our representatives will give you an immediate response from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (GMT-6). * *Outside the mentioned hours you can leave your message and we will contact you to answer your concern.
